Luke Stratton, Chief Operations Officer
Luke Stratton is a seasoned operations manager with almost a decade of experience leading teams. Throughout the week, Luke oversees multi-million dollar retail centers, mentor's new organizational leaders, and applies diverse leadership theories to cultivate business managers. He is committed to providing outstanding client service and nurturing individuals to reach their full potential. Luke holds an MBA from the University of Louisville and has earned numerous accolades throughout his career. Beyond work, Luke cherishes spending time with his family, taking road trips, and attending car shows around the country.
Chanda D. Boone, Chief Information Officer
Chanda Boone has 20 years of experience supporting the training objectives of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Eastern Virginia Medical School. For the CMS Quality, Safety and Oversight Group (QSOG), Ms. Boone designs, develops, and manages classroom courses, online courses, and webinar course content. She authors course content and development using Adobe Captivate, Articulate Studio 360, and Adobe Connect and develops multimedia materials for CMS that include web pages, interactive DVDs, animations, presentations, and simulations.
